SITUATION.

Menphys is an award-winning charity in Leicestershire. Its vision is a future of equal choices and opportunities for children and young people with disabilities.

It provides social and sports activities, careers support, and advisory services to families.

INTERVENTION.

1284 provided consultancy relating to communication of change and organisational innovation.

We wrote and designed corporate materials including a 3-year strategy and annual impact report.

We supported officers in devising an automation campaign to increase productivity of fundraising.

This included creation of new marketing collateral, mapped to new fundraising processes.

In addition, we wrote press releases and B2B communications to position the organisation’s narrative under four new strategic pillars.

These contextualised organisational activity against Business Plan objectives.

1284 has also hosted the hugely popular B2B members club Menphys Sports Club.
