EMC² was tasked with recruiting 100 creative SMEs after a multi-agency coalition spanning four counties won £1.3m of Government funding from the Create Growth programme.
Reporting to the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP), 1284 managed EMC² and Create Growth communications in the East Midlands.
We wrote SEO content and managed brand development for the first regional Create Growth site to go live in our cohort. 1284 then managed ongoing communications linked to delivery of the programme itself.
As well as writing dozens of press releases,1284 produced content which channelled thousands of referrals to registration platforms.
We also chaired the multi-agency comms group, reported on comms to the overarching steering group, and managed tactical stakeholder relations across programme partners, delivery partners, and participating businesses.
