1284 Communications has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Communications Marketplace. 

The Communications Marketplace enables UK government and public sector organisations to access a wide range of specialist communications services from listed agencies. 

1284 is now one of the specialist suppliers listed on the marketplace, building on its growing portfolio of campaign delivery for public sector partners.

Marketplace suppliers must pass pre-arranged checks to be listed, including evidencing the impact of previous contracts, detail of professional accreditations, and supply of public sector customer testimonials. 

Once checks are complete, suppliers appear in the search results of potential customers, who are able to use a filtering system to search marketplace suppliers based on their own communications needs.

Quality standards

Earlier this year, 1284 was awarded Fair Payment Gold status by the office of Small Business Commissioner (OSBC) and achieved Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. 

Meanwhile, 1284 Founder George Oliver and account director Amy Orton each had their CIPR chartered practitioner status renewed for another year in February.
